A boutique yoga studio that offers high quality classes, very experienced teachers, and loads of personal attention. You will find yoga styles varying from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yang, Yin, Meditation and Nidra.
We decided to do things differently… Envisioning a studio where both students and teachers feel at home, a great place to teach and an amazing place to practice.
A studio that offers the best classes available in The Hague, taught by teachers with decades of experience. And at the same time: also a boutique yoga studio that feels nice and cozy and warm.
A space where you can feel the sacredness of the yoga practice and have lots of fun at the same time.

My signature style is something I like to call natural movement vinyasa flow. “Moving the way our bodies are made to move”. My classes reflect my own path throughout the years in movement, dance and yoga. That results in an organic approach to the more traditional or typical yoga postures. My classes are themed, each class tells a story, like a mini journey. I aim to fill my classes with creativity and flow but at the same time I feel strongly about guiding a safe practice. I always do my best to personalize the practice, catering for different bodies, backgrounds and needs. Up until very recently I was a lead teacher for a renowned 200 hours yoga teacher training in The Netherlands. But from now onwards The Yoga Alley is my new yoga home. -

My signature style is gentle vinyasa. Movement, but soft and slow. Work a little, relax a lot. Doing, but mostly undoing. I love to offer people a space where they can deeply relax and explore the more subtle experiences of the body. I am specialized in Ayurveda and will this year (hopefully) graduate as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. I bring this Ayurvedic wisdom into my classes and next to that I give support in the form of Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle consultations. My wish is to bring plenty of Ayurveda into The Yoga Alley. -

Teaching Vinyasa and yin yang classes for nearly 10 years, I strive to bring our students out of their heads and back into their bodies through a playful, creative and challenging yoga practice. I’m always looking to grow and develop myself through yoga, and I get such joy from helping students along their yoga journey. In addition to my weekly classes and workshops, I am the lead teacher of a renowned 200hr Vinyasa yoga teacher training where I guide students into becoming teachers themselves. -

Next to teaching Deeprelax® yoga nidra and being a marma therapist, I am a copywriter and a communications consultant. I know from my own experience how busy life can get… It is my mission to show you the gift of how to attain and maintain a calm mind – something we probably all need in our fast-revolving society. Every time, after leading a nidra or giving a marma massage, I feel humbled to see the effect on people’s faces and in the energy shift within them. In The Yoga Alley studio I would like to, together with my 4 co-owners, design a space where we - our students and us - can thrive as a community, where everybody feels free to wander, explore and connect, and to play with life.
