Gentle flow with live handpan

Courageous Backbends with Joyce

In this workshop you’ll learn the tools and techniques to take your backbends to the next level, and to dive deeper into your own psychology.
This afternoon is for students with a regular practice, and a familiarity with mula bandha and Ujjayi breathing. You can prepare and learn these by coming to the classes before the 30th of May
There’s 4 Navy Seal tools for mental support and preparation:
1) positive self-talk
2) visualisation
3) goal-setting
4) controlled breathing.
All of which we’ll work with, and will be explained in more depth.
These same principles can also be applied off the mat, breaking free from self-limiting beliefs, and see your life transform.
You’re supported and safely guided by Joyce, one of our teachers with over 20 years of experience.
